Tête de cuvée, malolactic fermentation, cellared on June 20th 2013. Late disgorgement with extra brut dosage. Nose: expressive, with notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and summer fruits. Palate: silky, generous, developing into layers of white fruits and a beautiful minerality on the finish.

Frerejean
Champagne Frerejean Frères was founded by members of a long line of cannon-makers who supplied the French army when defending against the Prussians during the Napoleonic Wars. The founders began to make their Champagne for friends and family but once word started to spread, they decided to go into business in 2005. Today, the company produces roughly 100,000 bottles a year in about six styles, or cuvées (the exact number varies as some are limited productions that sell out).
