Colour: Amber Colour Nose: It’s rich and packed with barrel spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla with subtle undertones of black peppercorns, caramel, toffee, seasoned leather, cigar box and raisins. Palate: Intensely spicy, yet balanced the natural sweetness of vanilla and bitterness of burnt caramel. The spiciness subsides giving light to subtle dark stone fruit, toffee, leather and oily tobacco. Finish: A finish dry and medium-long KNICKERBOCKER 50 ml 1731 Barbados 8-Year-Old 10 ml raspberry syrup 20 ml lime juice 5 ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge and seasonal berries.
