Colour: Amber Nose: Spices, coffee beans, cherries, cacao and coconut Palate: Cocos, sweet berries, cherries, chocolate Finish: Long spicy and sweet finish SWIZZLE Ingredients: 50 ml 1731 Panama 6 Year Old 20 ml lime juice 15 ml Falernum 40 ml pineapple juice Pour all the ingredients in a long drink glass and half-fill with crushed ice. Spin a swizzle stick or bar spoon between your hands to mix the ingredients. Top with more crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple & lime & 5 dashes of angostura bitters on top.
