"Grace Vineyard Year in a bottle", a fresh and easy to drink wine planned by cultural celebrity LEUNG Man-tao, is produced by Vistopia and Grace Vineyard companies across the border. The variety we use for carbonic maceration were Cabernet Sauvignon out from the same vineyard. We include 20% of Carbonic maceration wine in the final blend. The wine has dominant aroma of red fruits, asian spices and lightly underripe banana to strawberries characteristic. On the palate, the texture is medium to full and filled with fruits sweetness on the finish.

Grace Vineyard (怡园酒庄)
Grace Vineyard is located in Taigu country, 40km south of the provincial capital Tai Yuan, in Shanxi province. The continental climate on the loess plateau, with its distinctive seasons, dry, sandy loam soil, little rainfall, abundant sunshine and wide diurnal temperature range, offers a perfect zone for producing premium quality wines. Lee Yean Yean
Lee Yean Yean is the chief winemaker at Grace Vineyards, Shanxi Province in north western China. Originally from Malaysia, he started off in 2000 working in wine retail and the restaurant business before coming to Grace in 2006 and beginning his career as a cellar hand, then assistant winemaker. Lee also had a few spells at Curly Flat and Brown Brothers wineries in Victoria, Australia.
