Tasting Note
Pale golden colour with silver highlights, this semi-aromatic wine with very delicate notes of white blossom, lemon, peach and yellow stone fruit, is slightly underripe exotic on the nose. The palate is dry and medium-bodied with good acidity, and a slightly waxy texture. Flavours of beeswax, tangerine, pear and waxed lemon are supported by stony minerality.
