Don't Look Back is a micro-cuvee 100% Clairette from the Swartland. It's a lightly textured, almost chalky- peppery wine, with white peppercorns and freshly chopped green pepper, a hint of aniseed and semi-dried pineapple, with great length and a lemon bonbon/sherbety finish. Only 288 bottles of this wine were produced for this vintage.
