Rock Oyster is our island dram, including Malts distilled on Arran, Islay, Orkney and Jura. The nose has a salty oceanic, fresh influence following onto the palate - subtle –carrying soft and rather sweet peat paralleled with smoke, honey, damp ash, liquorice and late pepper with a long finish.
