Rum & Cane's Spanish Caribbean Rum is a restricted release blend of rum produced in Cuba and the Dominican Republic, crafted from molasses and distilled using column stills then aged in ex bourbon casks. Only a limited release of 2,000 bottles was made available worldwide. No colours, flavours or sugar have been added. ON THE NOSE: Spice, smoke and toffee. ON THE PALATE: Butter, coffee and molasses. Natural colour. Non-chill filtered.
