Rum & Cane's British West Indies XO Rum is a classic blend from Barbados and Trinidad, perfectly encapsulating the West Indies. The smooth, floral and velvety flavour profile of Barbados is augmented by the industrial powerful profile of Trinidad. This is a blend of rum produced by the renowned Trinidad Distillers and Four Square in Barbados, crafted from molasses and distilled using column stills then aged in ex bourbon casks. Only 2,000 bottles were made available worldwide. No colours, flavours or sugar have been added. ON THE NOSE: Citrus, stewed prunes and a touch of smoke. ON THE PALATE: Vanilla, caramel and cream. Natural colour. Non-chill filtered.
