Botanicals (9): Juniper, Sauvignon Blanc, Grape, Grapefruit Zest, Lime, Lemon, Violet, Broom, Blackcurrant Buds. Nose: A strong juniper nose enriched by notes of toasted dry fruits, spices (pepper, ginger, vanilla) and a finish with fruity aromas of orange peel and ripe quince. Palate: The freshness of Sorgin to which the oak brings a spicy and peppery palate. Finish: A vanilla note and fresh herbs as a finish. Recommended mixer: On the rocks Garnish: Orange or cherry SERVING SUGGESTION To enjoy neat or on the rocks. It can also be used in classic cocktails such as a twist of Old Fashioned (4cl Yellow Gin, drops of cherry or orange bitter).

In late 2016, François Lurton decided to diversify his business by relaunching the distilling activity his great-grandfather, Léonce Récapet, had inherited in 1880. This Distilled Gin was designed to be a link between wine and spirits.
