This Junmai Daiginjo uses the relatively rare Gohyakumangoku rice. This special type of rice brings out the umami of Gohyakumangoku to the maximum. This sake has a wonderful ginjo aroma with a smooth and smooth taste. The synergistic effect of a slightly dry taste and fruity aroma is a must-try.

This brewery, run by a married couple, was founded in 1876. They use high-quality well water from the Hakusan mountains as brewing water. The rice used for brewing comes mainly from Ishikawa Prefecture from local rice farmers.
