Nihonsakari
Relatively young brewery from 19th century, recovered through damages from the war and earthquake, Nihon Sakari became one of the biggest breweries in Japan and also served its high quality sake to the royal family. Leading innovation in the way people consume sake by rebuilding a new perception for taste and health benefit, Nihon Sakari now promotes a “more tasteful and more beautiful” life with sake.
Nagatoshi Nakane
He has been working for Nihonsakari for more than 30 years and inherited his techniques from the Tanba Toji Master Brewers, which is one of the three most important Toji Master Brewers of Japan.
