Clean, clear and bright pale-yellow colour. This is a complex, layered wine with standout minerality, white flowers, pear and flinty notes. The structure from the red clay works very well with the minerality of the soil. The palate is ethereal, ne and tense, with good persistence and the saline that is a hallmark of its origin.

Concha y Toro launched the Amelia brand in 1993. e Quebrada Seca vineyard is situated on the northern bank of the River Limarí at an altitude of 190 metres above sea level, just 22 kilometres from the Pacic Ocean. e soils are clay and rich in limestone;
the temperatures are cool and the mornings cloudy, so the fruit ripens slowly, producing fresher wines.
