Dominique and Janine Crochet established their estate in 1992, starting with just a few hectares of perfectly situated hillside vineyards in Bué. Though their estate is relatively young, they stem from an ancient line of winemakers in the area. Today, the domaine extends over fifteen hectares in more than forty tiny parcels, and is one of the leading estates
in Sancerre.
