Tasting Note
It has a clean and bright colour, with slightly straw-coloured tones. Intense on the nose, fragrant, with mineral hints: flint and limestone slate. On the palate, it is fresh and citrusy. At the same time, it is oily due to its time on the lees. Good structure for a white wine.
Fermentation and subsequent aging in new French oak barrels for 9 months. The wine has remained in contact with fine lees and has been bottled by hand.
