White is a monovarietal Xarel·lo wine from vineyards planted in 1974. The nutrient-poor soils at high altitude in Alt Penedès are ideal fort his versatile variety. A youthful and vibrantly fruited wine with sweet herbal scents with fresh green fennel.

Montrubí
MontRubí estate is a family owned winery founded in 1984 in the tiny village of L'Avellá, 60 km south-west of Barcelona.
Their wines are mainly monovarietal using only indigenous grapes and focusing on quality wines, vegan and organic certified. They are also the pioneers of the grape Sumoll which was almost extinct.
In recent years MontRubí moved forward and announced the opening of a restaurant /event venue and a 5 stars boutique hotel "Casa Gran 1771".
