A clear, moderately intense, straw-yellow furmint with silvery reflexes. The nose is clean and pronounced, with developing aroma of citrus fruits and green apple. The hints of pineapple, lemongrass and jasmine. The wine is dry and medium-bodied with prominent citrus zest and lily layered with hints of vanilla and grape flowers. Complex Bomboly with evident salinity; rounded with mineral aftertaste that lingers.

Tokaj is the world’s oldest classified wine region demarcated in the 1737 Royal Charter, predating Bordeaux and Port. Traditionally known for its botrytised sweet wines, Tokaji wines were a status symbol highly favoured by royal courts and aristocracy in the 18th and 19th century. In recent times, dry wine production has significantly increased with a focus on expressing Tokaj's diverse volcanic terroir and unique microclimate.
