Roccolo Grassi, Soave La Broia

Founded in 1996 by Bruno Sartori, Roccolo Grassi is one of the new faces in Valpolicella, despite the fact that the operation has been active for more than ten years. Francesca and Marco Sartori took over the family winery, making significant changes in the vineyards, wines and procedures. Their wines are respectful of local traditions, both in types produced and in the grapes they raise, while the style is sturdy and impressively multi-layered.
