Delicate salmon pink hued in the glass, this rosé bubbly starts with delicious whiffs of raspberry and strawberry aromas as well as nuances of peppery spice on the nose. The palate has lively bubbles, flavours of bright red berries, and toasted biscuit, a crisp acidity, balanced with some creamy notes. It is a delightfully playful yet serious wine with good structure, length and a clean, focused finish.

Anthonij Rupert Wines
Anthonij Rupert Wines was founded on the farm L'Ormarins in Franschhoek. Originally owned by the late Anthonij Rupert, who passed away in 2001, the farm was taken over by his brother Johann Rupert in 2003. It was Johann Rupert who constructed a state-of-the-art winemaking facility on the estate, and the beginnings of what was to become a sprawling enterprise with a focus on terroir specific wines.

Set on the slopes of the Great Drakenstein Mountain range the Rupert Wines Estate comprises two historic farms: L'Ormarins and Anthonij Rupert Estate. Today the Estate houses two tasting rooms, four state-of-the-art cellars, a lovingly tended rose garden, vineyards, the Franschhoek Motor Museum and the Drakenstein Stud Farm. Thus offering up a great variety of things to do and see at the Rupert Wines Estate.
