Its name is rooted in Venetian tradition, when the word "scianco" was used to refer to the famous folk game. A successful marriage of Garganega, Trebbianello, Trebbiano Toscano, and other secondary grapes creates a delicate and pleasant wine with a fine perlage and notes of green apple, pear, hawthorn, and citrus. Lively and fragrant, the Charmat method Scianco sparkling wine is the sparkling wine of Custoza.

Monte del Frà
The heart of Monte del Frà is located in Custoza, on the morainic hills of Lake Garda, just 15 km from the center of Verona. A long adventure that began in 1958 which has led the company today to be the owner of 140 hectares of vineyards. A story that winds through great crus such as Cà del Magro, the Colombara vineyard, Grottino, Staffalo, Monte Godi, Monte Fitti, Mascarpine, Bagolina, Pezzarara and Monte del Frà precisely.
