Fontanabianca
The Fontanabianca winery has existed since 1969. Its domicile is in Neive (Piedmont), in the heart of Langhe, one of the world's most important wine-producing regions which is also referred to as the "land of four wines": Barbaresco, Dolcetto, Barbera and Moscato. The region, with a history of winemaking that goes back one thousand years, offers its vineyards ideal conditions for the making of a highly appreciated and much sought-after wine. This solid tradition also served as the basis for the establishment of the Fontanabianca winery, which was founded by Pola Franco (Aldo's father) and Ferro Ottavio (Bruno's father). Their children Bruno and Aldo, together with their wives, the wine "artisans", manage the winery and produce a premium wine which has attained international fame. As a winery, Fontanabianca cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards, all of which are located in the region of Neive. Its wines are Barbaresco, Barbera, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, all exquisite red wines, as well as the elegant white wines Arneis and Chardonnay. Since its very beginning, Fontanabianca has sought and followed the path of quality, planning year after year the fruit of this wine-producing region, aiming to reap a perfectly ripe grape for the making of a regal wine.
