Deep cherry red colour. At this point, the wine is very fresh and aromatic, with ripe red fruit standing out. On the palate, it is a fleshy and fresh wine with great character and elegance. The wine is now perfect for consumption. But we are sure that it has at least 10 years of life ahead of it, during which time it will continue improving in the bottle. It is recommended to open and oxygenate 15 minutes before consumption.
Harvest by hand in small boxes. Fermented in a small stainless steel tank. It completed its malolactic fermentation in the same new barrels where later remained for 12 months.
