Tasting Note
100% Tempranillo with high colour intensity. Red cherry tone. On the nose presents intense aromas of ripe red fruits with toasted notes and spices (pepper). On the palate, it is a tasty, clean and silky wine that perfectly intertwines the fresh touches of the fruit with the smoked ones of an impeccable wood. Adequate structure and balance. Showing mature and rounded tannins. Good acidity and persistent in the mouth.
Cold maceration for 5 days at a temperature not exceeding 10°C. Alcoholic fermentation is done at a controlled temperature in small conical tanks that lasts for two weeks. Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels.
