Frankland River Shiraz 67% and Pinot Noir 33% from 20 year old vines, hand harvested, co-fermented and crushed into open top concrete fermenters and left on skins for 8 days. This is an unusual blend which combines the elegance and floral notes of Pinot Noir with the richness and spice of Shiraz to great effect. Pretty, floral, red cherry and strawberry aromatics with the raspberry and spice of cool climate Shiraz adding punch to the palate.
