Elegant and smooth, Sherry Cask 43% is a core range Limeburners expression representing the brilliance of Australian Sherry barrels. This single malt was first matured in ex-bourbon American oak barrels for 3 to 5 years before being finished in a Sherry cask, imparting flavours of honeycomb, burnt orange and maple sweetness. Prior to bottling this expression is hydrated with pure Albany water, to bring it to an approachable 43%. Handcrafted using traditional methods and copper pot stills, Sherry Cask is a sophisticated single malt that can be appreciated by new and experienced whisky drinkers.
