Tasting Note
A strong, powerful nose brings forth toasted oak and nuts followed by dark roast coffee and spices. The palate is savoury at first, but caramelised dessert flavours soon come through. At the end we find dark chocolate mixed with vanilla. A complex, brooding rum, the enigmatic brother to the more approachable Albion marque. Remarkable.
