Tasting Note

Burnt sugar, roasted oak, dark fruits and heavy molasses hit the nose. On the palate initially you find roasted nuts and cured leather, which lightens up into dried fruits. The finish goes more exotic, the whole experience underpinned by oak and tar. A great example of the magic that comes from the unique Port Mourant still.
