Botanicals (8): juniper, bitter orange, sage and borage plus lime and lemon peels as well as coriander and angelica root. Nose: Big and juniper led with citrus, sage leaves and coriander seeds all coming through. Palate: Dry. Slightly oily too, with bitter orange and earthy notes. Strong juniper once again. Finish: Quite bitter with angelica. Overall: Gilpin's gin knows what it's setting out to achieve and then does it. An impressive extra dry gin. SERVING SUGGESTION G&T Garnish: Orange Peel or Lemon & Sage Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic, Martini or Gibson

Staying firmly within the strict definition of London Dry, I wanted to also use two of my favourite herbs: sage and borage - giving Gilpin’s Gin its unique, bright and herbal character. My hope is for Gilpin’s Gin to be seen as a modern classic, versatile and distinctive.”
