Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Malted Barley, Licorice Root, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Lemon Peel, Sweet Orange Peel, Bitter Orange Peel, Orange Blossom, Ginger Rhizome, Green Cardamom, Cubeb Pepper, Lavender, Hops. Nose: A good balance of peppery spice and floral wafts. Palate: Elegant lavender and robust orange notes stand out, with the cubeb pepper slowly developing in the background. Finish: Long and flavorsome, a touch of the malted barley coming through quite clear here too. Recommendations to the mixer: Double Dutch Indian/Skinny Tonic Water Condiments: Lemon or orange wedge/peel
