Aged in French oak for 14 months. It has dark ruby red, rich aromas of vanilla, smoke, blackcurrant, licorice and prunes. The palate has density and weight, with a well-balanced and harmonious body. It has outstanding fruit and oak integration, with a long and textured finish implying good aging potential. This wine perfectly represents the truest characteristics of Helan Mountain east foothill.

Helan Qingxue Jiabeilan (贺兰晴雪加贝兰)
Founded in 2005, Qingxue Vineyard is a high-altitude winery located on the foothill of Ningxia Autonomous Region's Helan Mountain, a 30-minute drive from downtown Yinchuan, and has been widely known as the brightest star among a handful of world-class wineries in China. Helan Qing Xue, literally Sunshine and Snow on Helan Mountains, is so named because the mountain was covered with heavy white snow even in June of summer season and shone with dazzling brilliance under the sunshine and blue sky.
Zhang Jing
Jing is influencing the Chinese wine industry from her small vineyard in the “Bordeaux of the East,” a region at the eastern foothills of the snow-capped Helan Mountain in China’s Ningxia province. Once a desert, the area has transformed into a sea of grapevines over the past decade.
