Traditionally non chill-filtered, not coloured and containing ONLY the finest Speyside Malts including – amongst others – Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes. This Small Batch bottling has a distinct rich, dark colour – extracted from the many fine Spanish Sherry Butts used during maturation. The result is a truly charming Malt with a lovely sweet nose of malt cereals and honey, sherry influences with touches of spice and hay, infused with red ripe apple peel– Speyside on a plate! On the palate: creamy vanilla, apples, malt, oak and cinnamon with a spicy edge in the form of ginger, white pepper.
